i purchased this because i wake up feeling pretty achy on a daily basis, and on top of that, i started having discomfort and pain with my knees and hips. to give some background, i'm 34, i work out (strength training), i'm a server so i am on my feet my whole work shift, and i also sleep on a mattress that i recently discovered is not at all supportive in the way i need and most likely has been contributing to my daily morning aches lol. 😭 anyways, it's literally this morning that i realized as i've been waking up every morning, the aches are pretty much gone. i haven't made any recent changes besides adding this supplement to my daily routine. i didn't expect this supplement to work this fast or this well and i am definitely grateful i decided to give it a shot.
