Banana nut oatmeal

Filling and comforting

When first doing a high protein diet thru my primary care, I missed having a warm breakfast. Then I found bariatric pal. Very excited to find oatmeal. At first I wasn't so sure I would enjoy the flavor, I was in for a surprise. Just what I was looking for.

Banana Nut Oatmeal

I really love the Banana Nut Oatmeal Mix. 15 GM of protein to start the day is excellent. I do a variance and add 6 oz whole milk instead of water and it comes out absolutely great. I typically put in some fresh fruit and have a great start to the day. Highly recommend this outstanding product.
