My golden retriever was itching himself so bad and we've tried everything the last time he did this they put them on prednisone at the vets and that had a whole other complications at home so I didn't wanna go back that route again we got these and he seems to quit itching himself or biting himself i'm not saying they're perfect. I'm just saying they worked for my dog and he's a golden retriever about four years old 120 pounds. I purchased these for my pup to help keep her health as she's getting older. I did some researched and found that omega 3 fish oil can help with her itchy paws and more! the treats are small square, and soft . My pup loves them. Bad breath is the only downfall.
