Subtle and lasts about 8 hours

This stuff sure comes in handy on those days when I need a boost but don't want to drink a caffeinated beverage to get it. It's sustained release, so in theory, it won't make you jittery. If you are sensitive to caffeine like some of my relatives are, it will probably still get to you though. I am a hardcore caffeine person and I have never felt the jitters after taking these. I like to keep some in the car for road trips and such. I've found that they last for about 8 hours. Genius Caffeine won't give you an immediate jolt the way coffee does - it's subtle. I find that it gives me an increased focus.

Best stuff ever

This is the 3rd time I've purchased this. I take one of these before lunch and I never miss those 3 cups of coffee or the 2 energy drinks I used to have to have to make it through the afternoon. I don't get caffeine or taurine jitters with the Genius Caffiene and I don't get the super hard crash like I did after the coffee or energy drink wore off. This stuff just works.
