I used Fletchers with all three on my kids when they were growing up. One of them had problems with constipation frequently. the other two only ever once in a while. I have to keep it on hand for my grandson now. His dad, my child who had problems, often. It is mild and works well, without cramping or diarrhea. I highly recommend Fletchers Rootbeer flavor. Kids love it!

I purchased this to use as a mild laxative, expecting it not to taste good. My mom gave this to me as a child in the 60's. Now I'm in my 60's and in need of a laxative from time to time. To my surprise the taste is not chalky or medicine like, it actually tastes very good and works just fine for adults (myself a senior citizen) and children.
