Best gluten free pancakes ever!

My family and I absolutely love these pancakes!! I've begun mixing this with the King Arthur gluten free protein pancake mix. Delicious and easy to make. We thin the batter more than suggested to make thinner pancakes which are soo soo good!

great mix

this is a great pancake mix. A lot of gluten free pancake mixes Ive used in the past stick to our cast iron pan ( we don't use non stick). This not only was easy to cook but tasted great as well. I usually mix other stuff into our pancakes and this held up and did well with alterations such as using soy milk or amazake in it. I also love that it is higher in protein. I use this mix to make a lot of silver dollar size pancakes for my son so he and his dad can quickly make a weekend breakfast and let me sleep in. Highly recommend for taste and ease of making.

Excellent!

Excellent quality; mixes easily with nice-tasting simple ingredients and good composition and consistency when the recipe is followed and I top the pancakes with fruit or honey. Gluten free leaves me feeling great - full but not bloated. Great part of my daily diet. Easy to open and seal packaging.
