Be careful because it's cranberry it will make you run to the bathroom urinating all day and all night. It took me a couple of months to figure out what the issue was with me going to the bathroom. I was really concerned.. I feel stupid because I found out it was the cranberry pill. I wouldn't use this as a probiotic use a separate probiotic and if you take this cranberry pill, take it very early in the morning so I can wear off by night time do not take it at night. You will be in trouble.

I had recurring UTI and yeast infections for years. Then the NP I saw suggested that I try a good probiotic for women that concentrates on these areas. I tried very expensive probiotics, ones that had to be refrigerated, then I decided to try Spring Valley's brand. I've been taking them for close to 10 years and I know they work. I stopped taking them for a couple of months and was hit with a UTI. I bought them and I do not miss taking one each morning. I also do not have the stomach issues I used to have either. And you cannot beat the price!
