Oh, please don't let me be misunderstood, pun intended. These things are serious crockery, if you dropped one, you'd probably break the floor. They hold a ton of "grub", and I say grub because if you can eat this boat filled with food, definitely "GRUB"! HUGE and stout but so are my mitts. Just saying the handle could be longer but then it would hit the door on most microwaves. All in all, a very well-made product that might outlast me.
