I've been using this supplement for quite a while. I take it every day to help with my aging skin, thinning hair and thin fingernails with ridges. The collagen has helped with my skin. As for my hair, it definitely makes it look more healthy and grows well. As for thickness, I believe it has helped with that as well, perhaps not to the degree I would have liked but it's not to say on a younger person with not so much other stuff going on, that it wouldn't thicken much more. As a matter of fact, I started using it bc a friend of mine who I had not seen in a while shocked me when her hair looked so fantastic, I thought she was wearing a hairpiece! To my surprise, it was all her hair. She had begun taking this supplement (I can't remember now how long she said she had been using it) and her hair had filled in beautifully! Needless to say, I had to try it. I've been using it ever since. Even if my hair success story didn't match hers, I still love the other benefits I get from it.
