Amazing! Blacktron is back!

I really loved this build and the look of the set is just fantastic! You build the vehicles first and then build up the ship itself slowly through the rest of the bags. Some of the building techniques really surprised me. If you're a fan of classic Lego space themes, or just looking for the baddest looking spaceship you can find, I highly recommend picking this up. Really cool play functions as well for such a throwback set.

This is an amazing set

The thing that got me back into Lego after decades was the reimagined galaxy explorer, I simply love it, Lego space brings out the purest old time Lego passion. Naturally I couldn't resist the blacktron cruiser, but what I wanted to see was more blacktron and especially it's largest and most beloved cruiser, the renegade. I just finished building it and it's such a beautiful piece, it felt like an authentic Lego space building experience, it looks like blacktron, it feels like blacktron, it plays like blacktron. It is simply an amazing set. Thank you so much Lego for releasing this one, and please, please continue releasing classic space stuff, I know so many of us love it, I never owned any blacktron as a child, and I always regretted it, and now you've given me a second chance to own beautiful blacktron sets, thank you so much.
