These insoles are thick and very comfortable and can be trimmed for a custom fit using the included guide. My only complaint is that there is only one insole in each package despite that the package is clearly marked “one pair”. I think the package needs to be relabeled to indicate there is only one insole included.

The insoles of my shoes wore out, and I was able to replace them with these. With some careful patience, they can be cut to the right size and they were a perfect repair so I can keep wearing my shoes!

after 1 year i have had some pain relief !!!!!

i have suffered with Metatarsalgia pain (ball of foot) for over a year now. i have tried so many shoes and so many inserts i had just about given up! then i seen these . i had the idea that i would not peal this set apart , but use it as 1 thicker insert. so i left it as 1 piece and trimmed it to fit using the original factory insert. and then left out the factory insert. the second i put my foot in this shoe I FELT RE LEAF for the first time in over 1 year!!!! my order came as a double pack so i had the 2 insoles for each shoe. if you have foot pain you have got to try these!! NOTE,,, these do come as a 2 piece set (left and right) BUT , you do have to peal them apart !!!! and it is kinda hard to figure out just by looking at it , so peal them apart how ever you need to!
