Works pretty well

These inserts are great since you can cut them to size. I keep these as a backup for when I clean my customer orthotics. If you wear custom orthotics, these will not be a complete replacement but will hold you over provided you don't need to walk too much. If you don't wear custom orthotics, I would imagine these will work really well for you.

These insoles do exactly what they claim. I'm recovering from back surgery and preparing for knee surgery so I hoped these would relieve some pain. They arrived the day before I had to attend a seminar at a large hotel/casino. For the first time since my surgery, I walked a mile, actually 1 1/2 miles. My stomach, obliques, and back muscles hurt like I had been training but not my surgery area or my knees. I highly recommend!

A bit too firm

My only problem with these is that they are a little too stiff for me. They are a perect fir however but them being so hard around the edges is too much. Needs to soften the edges. They did fit me perfect however. I bought 2 pair so maybe they will soften up.
