Problem with oven door

I unboxed the toaster oven. It was packed really well. Then after unboxing it I noticed the oven door wouldn't close. I really liked the color red and that didn't take up much counter space. Im hoping Walmart will do a pickup for it as I do not drive.

got the oven the door was broken an want shut an the rack has nothing to hold on to to keep it level , i would NOT recommend this oven
