Cuisinart CBT-2000P1 Hurricane 3.5 Peak Horsepower High Power Blender

I purchased this blender, or should I say, this mixed-use machine, for several reasons. First, we are a Cuisinart family. We own a beautiful food processor, have purchased several coffee makers, own many Cuisinart utensils and small electric appliances. We love them all. Second, we have severe illness in our immediate family and this blender enables me to produce high-quality, protein-enriched, smoothies that I firmly believe contain healing properties. The recipe booklet that accompanied our machine is fabulous but even without it, the sky's the limit because this blender is so powerful. But make no mistake, this blender will create magnificent smoothies, refreshing drinks, soups, and chop salad ingredients like no other. The Cuisinart name is a name to be trusted and supported.
