Just yummy. The pastry is fine, the custard is outstanding, and the chocolate topping is right on the money. For the record, these eclairs strike me more as a dessert item than a snack (way too much sugar). These are PERFECT for a snack. I've loved chocolate eclairs since I was a child (never could afford them until well into adulthood). This size is great for a wonderfully tasty treat but, not so large as to give me guilt if I only eat one. The only problem is that my husband, who is supposed to be dieting, also loves them and cannot stop at one.
