Good basic starter probiotic .

This probiotic is reasonably priced ..better than the others not too strong is helpful with digestion, but I take two at a time every other day . However, the pills are too small for one to do much good for enabling smooth digestion in my opinion. If you are new to probiotics, I would say starting with one should not give you any stomach gurgling- and if you need to progress two to see any results that of course makes the cost not quite as reasonable. There are 30 in a container.
