Better value & simplicity than recognizable brands

This water pitcher was the first we have purchased from Levoit in 2018. I want to say it came with two filters initially. The timer on the unit is a nice feature for the forgetful, however ours no longer works so I rust set a reminder on the fridge to remember when to change them. We use our pitcher daily, usually filling it twice a day. There are dials on the bottom of the filter to adjust filtering speeds. Typically, the slowest works best depending on water quality that you start with. We have taken to cabin trips which is on a well and were quite shocked and impressed at the difference we noticed after filling and contrast to what the filter could do. The water started a bit cloudy gray in color and ended up crystal clear with out the cloudy and sulfurous taste. I definitely recommend this is you do a lot of camping or happen just to have water quality that is sub-par. The only problem we have ever had was once re-ordering a 3-pack of filters and noticed that it was slow... 8-10 hours per fill slow. Chalking it up to a huge about of sediment or mineral content in the water we used. However, when we changed locations using another from the same set, the problem persisted. I notified Levoit and they immediately dispatched a new pack of 3 and those again worked perfectly as expected. Great customer support and understanding of the issue. Lastly, I do use a alkalizer in the base of our pitcher and they further add to the quality of the water in texture if you can imagine. It actually makes the water 'seem' wetter as odd as that does sound. I would recommend this pitcher and the replacement filters as well to anyone, and I do every chance I can. And due to the great experience we have had with the pitcher, we have also purchase the large air purifier and also the smaller tabletop humidifier and each has proven to be of the same excellent quality along with the ease of use and overall value.

Highly Recommended Water Filter System.

This system makes the best tasting water I have ever had. Very easy to change filter. There is a system on-board to help keep track of when to replace the filter. There is an adjustment system for quick refill or filter more which takes longer to filter. Highly recommended water filter system.
