not made for a Hinsens 32 inch tv

this unit was not made for a 32 inches TV i will go to a store when i plug the TV instead of increasing sound level, it cuts the tv speaker rather than add to TV week sound

Even with my system volume turned up to the max, as well as the speaker volume control, I can barely hear anything out of the speakers. Id return it, but it came with no paperwork or identifying info.
