1. (AM or PM) Start with clean, dry skin.
2. Gently unfold mask & apply the Hydrogel side onto face.
3. Remove backing, adjust to fit & repeat for the 2nd piece.
4. Relax & remove after 10-20 minutes.
5. For best results, use one at least 1x per week.
