I dislike matcha. However, I got this because others noted the lack of matcha. I also was very intrigued by the others noting the unique taste of toasted rice. Everything balanced nicely! I received had an iced cantaloupe green tea and needed to recreate it at home. This worked perfect! It's subtle if you for the directions. But you can leave the bag in longer without fear of bitterness. I have it hot %26 iced. This is my new go to. But .. with that said, if I find a close alternative with a better price. I will. It's definitely worth trying, so don't hesitate to grab a box!

Love Traditional Medicinals. I used to buy loose leaf until the prices went up. Green tea Matcha is an awesome herb, My family has history of diabetes which they seem to come down with when they gain weight, so i drink a cup of Matcha every day to help keep my weight down. I am 65 soon to be 66 years of age and am in perfect health and i hope to stay that way. I was raised on herbs and taught by my mother, and the only tea bags i can find for the herbs i use is through Traditional Medicinals. Thank you.
