The belVita Blueberry and Sunflower Seed energy bites are delicious. I keep them in my gym bag to use when I feel the hunger creeping in while in the gym. The small package makes them easy to tote. They have a soft texture and are a perfect snack. I purchase them on a regular basis.

I lost part of my sense of taste, the part that taste sweets. Anything too sweet does not taste good to me so I buy low grams of sugar products. This one is good it has more of a natural sweetening. I like the blueberry taste and the softness of the bites and the added sunflower seeds. They satisfy that sugar craving I get. Perfect for a lunch addition or snack after dinner and sometimes I have some for breakfast. I take them when I travel because they are easy to eat and come in a good resealable bag. The only con I have is they are sometimes hard to get.

Fun lil bitty textured bites
I love these lil bites: they've got sunflower seeds and other small seeds to crunch on but it's definitely not a bite of granola, more a tiny muffin with interesting goodies to explore and appreciate. Serving size is 4 of these which is a good snack quantity. I could eat an entire bag but that would be expensive and bad ~ right? right? sigh I highly recommend these as a good snack to have at your desk to nibble on all week. enjoy!
