HORRIBLE Customer Service %26 Defective Parts
My experience with Detroit Axle was completely unacceptable. I purchased parts that were defective right out of the box, a fact confirmed by my certified mechanic immediately after testing the vehicle. I contacted their customer service repeatedly, not even for a refund initially, but simply for a replacement for the faulty items. What I received was utter negligence. Their team was extremely unhelpful, showing zero sense of urgency or accountability for selling defective components that rendered my vehicle unusable. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this legitimate warranty claim, Detroit Axle refused to be diligent. They never sent the necessary replacement parts, nor did they issue a refund for the defective items. I was left stranded, having lost money on both the parts and the extra mechanic fees caused by their faulty product. This is truly terrible business practice. I absolutely do not recommend Detroit Axle to anyone; save your time, money, and stress, and shop elsewhere.
