Works great for sweet tea!

We didn't like using the powdered mix for iced tea. I wanted to start making fresh tea, a gallon at a time. I found this maker and it works great. The secret to making a gallon of iced tea with this maker is to use the large iced tea bags from Lipton (see photo), add 1 cup sugar (see photo) and pour into gallon jug. Top with water. A note about the sugar....sugar dissolves in WARM or HOT water, so I put mine in the brew basket under the tea bag (see photo). Works great!!

Refreshing Fast Easy Ice Tea

We really love the tea this tea maker makes. My husband has begun to drink mostly iced tea over diet soda. This tea maker is much less mess and fuss to add a refreshing pitcher of tea to your refrigerator. This is much nicer on the environment than buying those jugs of iced tea and you don't have to lug them in the house. This taste better too.
