I have been searching for a water leak detector to monitor my basement. This solution is working well for me. The sensors are very easy to install, no repeater, no wiring. I got an alert on my phone instantly when I put a wet towl on the sensor. I will start putting these sensors in my rental property too.

I have been very impressed with this product. I purchased a YoLink Hub and 10 YoLink Water Sensors recently. The set up and pairing of the water sensors with the hub was the fastest and easiest I have ever experienced. Literally took seconds for each sensor to be set up. I have only had them for a short period of time but I tested the sensors and all detected water and immediately alerted me when water was present. I am going to buy the door sensors next and then mini plugs.
