I took this to lower my blood pressure and it has worked wonders for me, was running very high so doctor put me on medication which two hours after first pill had a very bad reaction so decided to try this instead now its running normal even doctor wants to look into this he was amazed! I started with 3 pills a day and was seeing results so now Im taking 2 pills three times a day, my legs use to hurt all night now they dont.

I'm not good at swallowing pills or vitamins. So, I open two capsules in the morning and put in my juice, tea or coffee. I don't really taste the beets. There's just a slight pinkish hue. So far I'm doing really well. No side effects and my BP is at the normal range. I will definitely purchase again.

Love the beet root supplement. Tried adding beet root powder to my smoothies but the taste is horrible and cannot be camouflaged enough to be stomached!!! These Spring Valley gelcaps are just as effective as the pricier brands so why pay the premium???
