Diatomaceous earth / food grade

I use this powder for putting on bottom of cabinets in kitchen, where I live. My house was built in 1955 and the foundation is really old, and the big flying sewer roaches can get in easily. So when I put the powder on bottom of cabinets the roaches die when they walk on it. It isn't toxic to dogs and cats so you don't have to worry if they ingest any.

Works great! Got this to get rid of aphids on our roses and ants living INSIDE our strawberry bed and to deter slugs from our hostas! I DIY'd a powder sprinkler (see pic) instead of buying one. I used a small narrow food container with a lid and spout and poked several holes in the top of the lid over the spout and I just squeeze the container over the area I'm covering (similar to how you would with a baby powder container). You could also use an empty plastic water or soda bottle and poke holes in the cap. NOTE: If using on and around plants, try to avoid sprinkling on flowers so pollinators don't get any on themselves. I had aphids living on my rose buds so I had to sprinkle the buds but now that they're dead I will be rinsing off as much product as I can to avoid harming any pollinators

Best buy for the money!

This Organic Food Grade DE is a great price!!! One of the best insect deterrents in my garden. It's also a good fertilizer type nutrient as well. Apply it dry or use it as a foliage spray. Great to start with your seedlings as well. ...and best thing is not harmful to animals or people if used properly.
