IF IT'S NOT NEW, SAY IT CLEARLY

I should have read majority of one-star rating. This is cheating and how Walmart allows this seller. They made you believe that it was new, but poorly packed and obvious signs of wears and used. Not a word of "refurbished" or "pre-owned". Worst of all first time out of the bos, it won't even charge (can't tell default charger or default unit). Returning it the next day. Walmart, you better have some quality and service control.
