Decent Product, Bad Return Policy

It was a quality product but I was not happy with the mechanism that changed the angle of the back - with my mobility issues it was difficult for me to negotiate. I tried to return it and was disappointed to find out that I had to mail it to a third-party vendor (which I did not know prior to purchase) and could not return to my local Walmart. Since it is a large item, the return cost was prohibitive so now I am stuck with a less than desirable product and a measly 10% refund. None of this was explained during the ordering process. I would have tried something else if I could return it, but since I can't I'm done with ordering online. I will definitely refrain from ordering anything like this from Walmart again.

Nice and wide but the back rest will not stay locked in place so each time you sit down the back pops off the bar and hits you on the shoulder as you try to sit. It will not stay in place.this chair isn't made right you can't get a full refund don not buy this chair

This chair is unstable. Details state will hold up to 350 lbs. I weigh 180 lbs and I felt like it was going to collapse. Buyer beware. This item is not sold by Walmart, therefore they will not assist with return. I had a very hard time getting a refund from seller. It took about 10 emails going back and forth before they would finally refund. Less a $15 shipping fee. It was originally free shipping. These 3rd party sellers are ridiculous. Shame on you Walmart! If you, Walmart, are going to sell something on your site and we pay our money directly to your store, YOU should handle any issues between buyer and seller. Walmart customer service was no help. They basically told me I would have to reach out to the seller. Even though when I tried to return in the app it said to return it to the store. Customer service told me that was the default. Really? Do better Walmart.
