Useful in a Variety of Places

I just love my new Avalon Self Cleaning Bottleless Hot/Cold Water Cooler. It is slim and doesn’t take up much room in my kitchen. I live alone so I like the option to have quick ice cold water or steaming hot water available in an instant. I don’t need it but it does have a child safety lock on the hot water faucet to keep little ones safe. The installation was easy. It comes with all the needed parts to hook it up right through your kitchen sink water line. It comes with an adapter valve, 10 foot PE tubing, and filter flushing adapter. Setup was quick and easy. The filter purifies the tap water and eliminates chlorine, lead, rust and bacteria. I love that it also has a built-in leak detector. It also has a self-clean ozone function that will automatically clean the machine’s water tank with the injection of ozone by the press of a switch. This unit complies with all standards of Energy Star. To get your water there are 2 colored paddles that you push your cup or water bottle against. One is blue for cold and the compressor sends out a nice ice cold 47 degree liquid that won’t even need ice. The red paddle is for hot and when pushed it is hot enough to make tea, coffee, or even ramen. It comes out at 180 degrees which is very hot water. I really like the fact that the area you put your cup for dispensing is so large. It is 10x2.5x9.5 inches with 7.5 inches of space below the spouts. It fits most large cups or bottles. It also has a switch on the back of the unit to turn on a nightlight in case you want a hot drink in the night. The tanks hold 1 liter of hot water and 3.6 liters of cold water. There is also a removable drip tray at the bottom of the dispensing area to catch any drips or spills. The unit dimensions are 13”x12”x41”. I love this unit and it would be awesome in any office, man cave, hair salon, work space, or classroom. When I taught I always had students wanting to make ramen in my microwave. With this unit you wouldn’t even need a microwave. I would recommend this great unit.

Great purchase!

Great addition to the household! We have a water dispenser inside our refrigerator but didn't want people constantly in and out to get water so we researched bottleless water dispensers. We've had it about a month and so far no problems! Install was easy. Our unit is in our pantry so not close to a sink so we had to skip the flush the filters step. Instead we ran through a few pitchers of water and tossed them. Worked great! The water is super cold and is enough for everyone to have a cold glass (unlike most refrigerator dispensers!). We haven't tried the hot water feature...just no need for it. I definitely recommend this product!

Huge Savings!

I was so happy to receive the Avalon Self Cleaning Bottleless Water Cooler Dispenser. I installed mine in my office break room because that is where I needed it the most. We already had water lines in the drop ceiling so our maintenance personnel quickly installed the water line and I "bled" the water filter. I had ice cold water and boiling hot water within a half hour. I am so pleased with the unit. It is clean, compact and quiet. The night light is also a nice feature. The install was fairly simple, even though the translated English in the manual is a little rough, you can figure it out. I am so pleased to have this in my office, I will save at least $50 in bottled water per month. Also if I have an instant soup or oatmeal, this is really useful. The shipping container was very sturdy and the straps hold it all together, so once you have cut them, you can lift the outer cover off of the packaging.
