Directions: Put one dose into an empty glass. Mix this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. Stir briskly and drink promptly. If mixture thickens, add more liquid and stir. Bulk-forming fibers like psyllium husk may affect how well other medicines work. If you are taking a prescription medicine by mouth, take this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the prescribed medicine. As your body adjusts to increased fiber intake, you may experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating. New Users: Start with 1 serving per day; gradually increase to desired daily intake. You may initially experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating, as your body adjusts to increased fiber intake. First-Time Users: Start with one serving per day and then adjust your dose upward as needed. Adding fiber to your diet may cause changes in your bowel habits or minor bloating. These are normal reactions as your body adjusts to the increase in fiber for your diet. Adults 12 Years and Older: 1 rounded teaspoon in 8 oz of liquid at the first sign of irregularity. Good fiber supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That’s a pretty good fiber supplement powder. It says it’s unflavored, but it does have a little bit of a taste kind of on the sweet side, nothing I really mind. It does clump a little bit so you have to keep stirring it while you drink it so for sure, you need to use a straw. Other than that, it gets the job done.

Tasteless and works amazing!!
I love this product! It is it tasteless and very effective. With such a small serving. The absorption within the liquid is very excellent making it so easy to add to any beverage with noticing it is even there. Storage is so easy at home in the cabinet or easy on the go.

Easy to drink!
This was easy to mix and has no taste or odor which is a plus. This is my second day using it and it has already helped with my bowel movements! Great way to increase my fiber intake.
