I've tried many multi-vitamins and a few different prenatals. I couldn't;t stomach some because the pill size was ginormous. The gummies got too sickly sweet and unbearable. These are the perfect size and tolerable. No yucky after taste. I've been consistently taking these for the last 180 days. No problems and keeping my vitamin intake up! Woohoo!
