Anchor Hocking Silver Glass with Lid Penny Candy Glass Jar

This is a sturdy (thick glass) candy container, although I'm not using it for candy. Considering how poorly it was packed and delivered to my brick entrance way by tossing like a foot ball, it somehow survived. I bought a larger size than necessary for my needs but I could have done with a smaller one. One gripe, the lid is made of tin. It feel cheap and has no serious "seal" to it, it's more of a set it and forget it lid.

I'm a YouTuber and decided to set up a laundry bar for a video. I keep powdered laundry detergent in this. and the other one I put in scent beads. They look attractive and have a nice old-timey look to them like you would find in a penny candy store. They were very well received by my audience. They really love the look of it and I know that a lot of them went out to do exactly the same thing. They're a great size, super sturdy and they are heavy enough that my cats can't just knock them off. The laundry bar.
