Got me through my pregnancy and beyond

These prenatal vitamins were the only reason I was able to take vitamins at all during my pregnancy. I had terrible nausea that lasted well into my second trimester. These were super gentle on my stomach. They don’t have iron, which is what was really bothering my stomach when trying prenatals, but I was able to add in iron gummies as well. These are really expensive though so I would recommend checking out other brands first to see if they work for you.
