This is a really cool car to put together for kids who really like Legos. I have a toddler in my home, so it was a bit too many pieces for him to be able to work with, but we are going to save it for when he is older. I do wish it didn't have so many small pieces, but I like the fact that that creates an opportunity to build different versions of the vehicle and makes the toy multifunctional and not just one dimensional (build it and then you are done). This has some pieces that look really cool also, like the see-through green tubes. It is a bit elevated from standard Lego sets, and I think it is a really cool set… especially for little boys like mine who love things with wheels.
