Very fine texture, not granules.
I previously bought Deer Away from Lowes - it is truly granular and works very effectively. This package came from a subsidiary of Walmart (Bargains or Bargain Barn?) - which I wouldn't care I suppose - but the product looks like sawdust and is about as effective. I bought a large container hoping it would last a long time, but the fine texture of the product makes it seem like you use alot and it doesn't cover as effectively as the truly granules I purchased last time.
