Instructions
Hot brew: #1 - Use 3/4 teaspoon (3g) powder mix per 8 ounces (1 cup) of warm/hot (low or whole fat) milk of choice (our favorite is homemade cashew milk). #2 - DO NOT BOIL. May also mix with nearly boiling water if you do not want to use any type of milk. #3 - Whisk until fully blended and frothy, an immersion blender works great #4 - Serve and drink immediately. Cold Brew: #1 - Use 3/4 teaspoon (3g) powder mix per 8 ounces (1 cup) cold water. #2 - Add in your favorite sweetener and a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice (optional) #3 - Put in a high speed blender or use an immersion blender on high until smooth (45 seconds ? 1 minute).
