PNY 1TB PRO Elite Class 10 U3 V30 SDXC Flash Memory Card - 100MB/s, 4K UHD, Full HD, UHS-I, Full Size SD

PNY has always been a great product to have for flash type removable memory and this one is no different. Its fast read write speed is great on our SLR and mirrorless digital cameras. It records and responds as well as plays back with flawless speed. File integrity is never a question or worry. A SD of this size give me comfort knowing I can capture a lot of data in my preferred RAW format which creates awesome images but huge files. Function in the computer is equally as awesome as it is in the cameras.

I've been using the SD cards standard since they pretty much started.  This PNY 512GB is the biggest and fastest SD card I have used so far.  I was able to achieve 92.63 MB read and 88.45 write using a external card reader attached to a USB 3.0 port.  Very impressive for a small card.  At first I tried testing the speeds on my new laptop's built-in SD card reader, but it was bottlenecking at 38MB for the read and write.  So definitely try another reader if you're not getting the advertised speeds.  This card definitely puts out what it advertises.  Another thing to make sure is that your device supports the current SD standard which is SDXC.  A SDHC or below will not be able to read this card. I put this card in my camera and it took pictures and video just fine.  Even using it for storage for my pc worked just fine.  I find it easier to just buy SD cards then USB drives.  The small footprint makes it easy to store away and all my devices have a card reader. I definitely recommend this SD card.  PNY been around and has been one of the brands that always been reliable.
