Size large fits women with a 38-50 inch waist and who weigh 170-260 lbs.

Comfortable, discrete and effective.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear a size 10 in womens and the L fit perfectly. I barely noticed it was there and they didnt leave any panty lines. I feel secure that if there is any leakage, there is no odor and wont affect my clothes like underwear. Its strong and able to support my leakage. I started having urgency after giving birth to my son so this is great for new moms. In case you cant get to the toilet in time, or if you leak when you cough, sneeze or laugh, this is great.
