Making sure that my children have a strong immune system is so important to me that why I chose to have them take Emergen-C Kidz Daily Immune Support Gummies. These gummies contain 250 mg of Vitamin C and B for energy. These are free from caffeine and gluten. For ages 4-8 the serving size is 1 gummy and ages 9-13 the serving size is 2 gummies. My kids enjoy the fruit fiesta flavors and look forward to taking them.
