I cooks quickly, evenly and when I have the family over I can cook SOOO much at once. A little heavier than the other propane grills. Different taste than “grill” burgers. Great for breakfast vittles. Quality construction not cheap parts. Actually the steaks taste much better. Actually juicy, griddle veggies great. I like the 17” for the RV easy cleaning.
