Got this for my Dad for Christmas he says it has helped. His arthritis is really bad in winter so he's needed the extra help. I saw others that were much more expensive so I was really pleased that this one wasn't.

Useful and high-quality product
I have sprained knee ligaments. I tried to use a regular rectangular heated pad, but it was inconvenient. This brace is very convenient and practical. Not only does it heat the knee, it also holds the joint in place. I put it on every night and sleep with it. My knee feels much better since I started using it a couple of weeks ago.
