The flavor is actually delicious, sweet and pleasantly tart, which helps me and my teen sons to actually take them. Many times we have remarked we wish we could actually just eat them. They taste that good. How do I know they work? I don't, but as a skeptic, I will still acknowledge that I feel a bit peppier during the day when I am consistent with these, and sleep a bit better at night, too. As a perpetually tired person, I notice a difference. Sometimes, if your house is hot, they clump together at the bottom of the bottle, I find using a chopstick and poking around helps free them up again.
