Flavorful and fresh!

I am an associate of Walmart.com and I received this item as a sample in exchange for a review. This tofu came out of the package at the expected consistency, and it had a great flavor. The seaweed hint was not overpowering, but it made a great addition to a leafy green bowl when I pan fried it. I would recommend pairing it with more seafood inspired dishes to ensure great flavor combinations!

Organic!!

I usually get organic foods for which I'm not sure if it's necessary to, and tofu is one of them! Very satisfied with having the organic option and how it tastes. I like stir frying them to a golden crisp in my fried quinoa (I sound so boujee) I am an associate of Walmart.com and I received this item as a sample in exchange for a review.

No strange taste from Nigari!

This was my first shelf-stable tofu, and I was curious, what's Nigari? Package & Google -- Nigari's traditional way the Japanese used to coagulate tofu. It's extracted from seawater. A Japanese coworker also said it might be a little bitter. I tasted this tofu, and it's great. No noticeable difference from regular silken tofu I've been eating. I was amazed by how shelf-stable tofu can be so good! This tofu doesn't taste particularly sweet, salty or bitter, or fishy. I poured some soba noodle dipping sauce, and added bonito flakes on top, just like how some japanese restaurants serve silken tofu, and ate it all in one meal. In terms of firmness, it's probably about the same as Mori-Nu Medium Silken Tofu? Not too soft, not firm. Good all-purpose silken tofu. I am a Walmart associate and I received this sample free in exchange for review.
