I suspect these contain monosodium glutamate (MSG)
Both times I have eaten these, I have gotten a headache and heart palpitations, a definite sign that I have ingested MSG. Yes, it has that usual green-washing statement, "No artificial flavours or colours" on the front of the package. What most people don't know is that the "Natural flavours" listed in the ingredients is actually a catchphrase sanctioned by the government that allows food manufactures to include all sorts of garbage in their food, including poisons like MSG. If you are sensitive to MSG and/or care about your health, I'd stay away from these.
