Very Cheap Matt Cutter
I was very happy to find this inexpensive Matt Cutter, since I don't need one very often. But even though this item claims to cut 90 or 45 degree angles, it has NO DIRECTIONS on the package. It would be nice if it had them! Guess I will just have to figure it out.
