They did not bring it to my front door.

I love this item. I am disabled and unable to go to the Post Office to pick it up. I cannot walk and have cancer in my left eye. If I purchase just a couple of boxes maybe it will come to my front porch. Last time I purchased it I had my friend pick it up and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get it. I wish they did not put into such a large box it could have been left in the mailbox. Can this be resolved? Can't they bring it to my front porch? Thanks for your help.👍

Since Kleenex was only placed in a huge plastic bag, most of the boxes were somewhat crushed. They should have been packed in a thick cardboard box!
