Wow! was my I initial reaction upon tasting this. It really tastes like tart raspberries. It doesn't have that artificial taste and gloppy texture that I've found in other canned fillings. It's not too sweet, which is another thing I've found in other brands, so much so that I've added lemon juice to brighten things up. I will check into the other varieties this brand offers, as I'm hooked.
