Pulls the stuff out of the pores, just don't look too closely at what is coming out of those pores, you might not want to eat anytime soon Make sure to watch a video on how to use to so you don't damage your skin

You don't have to press to hard on tight skin but when you go to areas of your body that are more spongy you have to press hard and it can be somewhat painful. It works well though. Better and more sanitary than using fingers/nails.
