NOW brand MK7 K2 supplement

I have been taking NOW brand MK7 K2 along with NOW brand Vitamin D3 for years and it seems to help maintain the health of my bones. The tablets are small and smooth enough to swallow easily. I have never experienced any stomach upset either. They are more expensive than Id like to pay, although Swansons has been less than most other places.

Increased my absorption of Vitamin D tremendously!

I love this product! Although I have taken an isotonic form of Vitamin D with K-2 for several years, I could never get my Vitamin D level much over 40. Within a few months of using MK-7 Vitamin K-2 to aid in the absorption of the Vitamin D, my numbers have jumped into the 80s! I am thrilled, so thank you!
