These really help work my teeth grinding/clenching. I didn't notice how bad I clench my teeth as soon as I lay down for bed until I started wearing these plackers. I knew I ground my teeth as I've broken a filling before… now I wake with tooth marks on these. It's weird to wear, feels weird on my top lip, but better than a full mouth guard. I feel safer wearing this guard so I stop being scared I'm going to break another filling.

WAY cheaper over time

I like these because they are a good value for people like me who grind their teeth in their sleep. They last well enough that they end up being much cheaper than the heavier longer lasting ones that cost 25 dollars or so each. Plus, you can get a fresh ine whenever you want. I'm never going back to the high dollar ones because they're a huge wast of money with no benefit.
